  Email our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization number and provide your order details.

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during the return transit.

  Ship Your Return

  Send your items back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items and confirms they are in original condition, we will issue a store credit or refund to your original payment method.
